We live in a changing world where we are constantly faced with serious challenges. It is important at every opportunity to stop and smell the roses, to enjoy the feeling of a soft breeze on your skin, to sit peacefully and listen to a favorite song or to view and enjoy the beauty that is all around us. In short, one must pause to feed the soul to maintain their equilibrium.
